    With over a decade of construction and insurance experience, Daniel has managed nearly $1 billion dollars worth of new construction, commercial and residential remodeling. In addition, Daniel has placed hundreds of insurance policies, serves as an expert witness in thousands of insurance disputes, and assisted community associations, business owners and homeowners recover from a wide variety of property and business income losses.

    He maintains a strong commitment to the community and serves on the BB&T Local Advisory Board and as Vice-Chairman of Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce.

  • Matthew Sengsourinh

    Matthew Sengsourinh

    President of GlobalPro Florida

    Matthew, President of GlobalPro, is a dynamic and highly experienced leader. He is the co-founder and managing partner of GlobalPro Ventures and is also a co-founder of Fresh Kicks and Cuts, a philanthropic initiative by the GlobalPro Cares Foundation.

    Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from The Catholic University of America – Busch School of Business. His finance career began at Westco Financial Group, where he earned certifications as a registered representative, passing the FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 exams.

    Progressing swiftly, Matthew became an internal wholesaler associate, regional director, and eventually Vice President at Neuberger Berman, a private investment management firm managing close to $500 billion in assets. During his tenure, Matthew passed the FINRA Series 65 exam and successfully raised over $750 million in assets under management from institutional and advisory clients. In 2014, his achievements earned him a peer nomination for the esteemed “Roy Neuberger” award, an accolade recognizing Neuberger Berman’s advisor consultant of the year.

    In 2018, Matthew’s extensive financial expertise led him to join GlobalPro, where he co-founded GlobalPro Ventures, a boutique private equity and real estate investment firm, alongside Daniel Odess, the founder of GlobalPro.

    In the aftermath of Hurricane Michael, Matthew’s strong desire to contribute to his community led to the co-founding of Fresh Kicks and Cuts for the GlobalPro Cares Foundation with Daniel. This initiative merges his passion for helping those in need with his enthusiasm for sneakers. Their mission is to collect gently used or new shoes for distribution in disaster areas following catastrophic events. In collaboration with barbers and hair stylists, their goal is to provide disaster victims with both footwear and haircuts, offering a sense of comfort and relief during such distressing circumstances.

    President of GlobalPro Texas

    Rob is the President of GlobalPro’s Texas Region. For the past 29 years, Rob has worked in the commercial banking industry helping clients strengthen their balance sheets and expand their businesses.  He has a history of leading companies into new markets and growing them successfully.  He is a member of the Lone Star Chapter of the Young President’s Organization, the Texas Real Estate Council (TREC) and the Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (TAPIA) .  Rob also chairs the Executive Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star.  He lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife Sarah, and their three kids Austin, Anna and Andrew.
