GlobalPro is a leading insurance services firm based in Miami and is seeking an enthusiastic self-starter for a full-time Field Adjuster. The Field Adjuster will be responsible for overseeing and conducting field inspections, negotiating scope of loss, coordinating efforts onsite at loss locations, obtaining documentation from client and insurance companies’ field representatives when necessary and reviewing and verifying estimates for real property and content insurance claims. Works directly with the Estimator, Desk Adjuster, and other company employees. Position will be based in our Dallas office, however, the Field Adjuster will spend most of their time in the field at loss locations.
Professional Qualifications Required:
Experience: Exceptional management and negotiation skills are needed, in addition to at least one year of progressive work experience in the Insurance industry or other like position. General computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word are required. Some proficiency in Xactimate and/or construction estimating is required. Commercial property insurance experience is also required.

Compensation: based on experience and employment status, (W2 or 1099)

Valid Public Adjuster, apprentice or similar license is required
