We taught our CE course on Liability Claims 101 covering topics like: 

• When it’s appropriate to file a third party claim rather than a first party claim
• What to do in the event that a loss occurs and how to protect evidence
• How CAM’s can assist their associations and property owners, to better understand their insurance policies and how to comply with those policies in the event of loss or damage.
